All payments on panna 365 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported deposit methods include Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and Dutch Bangla Mobile Banking.

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Daily Withdrawal Limit (Standard): ৳50,000
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 10–30 minutes, with a maximum turnaround of 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit (in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements).
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If the outcome of an event is determined before it begins, any related bets will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

• If unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected, payments may be held pending investigation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on panna 365. Any of these actions may result in permanent account closure and full balance forfeiture:

• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Money laundering or handling of illicit funds.
• Bonus arbitrage (exploiting bonuses across multiple accounts).

Panna 365 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Extended account inactivity (12 months).
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• As required by law or at the direction of a regulatory authority.

To close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance before closure (unless the account is being closed due to a rule violation).

Inactive Accounts: If there is no login or transaction activity for 12 months, an administrative fee of ৳150 will be deducted from the balance each month. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed.

Panna 365 is not liable for the following:

• Loss of a bet due to internet disconnection.
• Losses caused by third-party payment gateway delays.
• Loss of password due to the member's own negligence.
• If a bet fails to process due to a technical error, the stake will be refunded.
